Savannah, May 13. On Thursday last died, of an apoplectic fit, at Broughton 
Island in St. Andrew's Parish, James Theodore Rossel, Esq., who was 
universally esteemed by all who knew him, and his death is lamented by his 
neighbors as a general loss.
