Georgia:  

Know all men by these present that we Nathaniel
Hawthorn and Joseph Hawthorn all of the State of
Georgia and County of Chatham are held and firmly
bound and obeyed unto Josiah Stewart Register of
Probate for Liberty County in State aforesaid in
the full and just sum of five hundred pounds
Sterling to be paid to the said Josiah Stewart his
surveyor or surveyors in office to which payment
will and truly to be made and done we bind
ourselves and each by himself our and every of our
heirs Executor and Administrator for and in the
whole firmly by these present.  Sealed with our
Seals and dated the twelfth day July 1794.


The condition of this obligation is such that if
the above bounder Nathaniel Hawthorn administrator
of wills and singular the Goods rights and Credits
of Nathaniel Hawthorn late of the said State and
County of Chatham --- deceased do --- makes or
cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of
all singular the Goods rights and Credit of the
said deceased --- which have or shall come to the
hand possession or knowledge of the said
administrator or into the possession of any person
or persons for him, and the same so made do
exhibit or cause to be exhibited into this
aforesaid office on or before the twelfth day of
October next, and the said Goods, rights and
Creditors and all other the goods rights and
credit of the said deceased which at the time of
his death or about time afterward came to the
possession of him the said administrator of into
the hand of any person or persons for him.  Do
well and truly administer according to law and
further do make or cause to be made a just and
time amount of the said administrations at or
before the expiration of one year and a day from
the dates hereof and all the next and residue of
the will goods right and credit which shall be
found remaining upon the said Administration the
amounts of the same being first examined by the
Judge or Judges for the time being shall deliver
up and pay to such person or persons pertively as
the said Judge or Judges by him or their sentence
or decree shall limit and appoint according to the
true intent and meaning of the ______ and if it
shall hereafter often appear that any last will or
testament was made by the said deceased and the
Executor, and Executor then named do exhibit the
same into the said office making request to have
it allowed and approved accordingly if the said
administrator within bounded being this unto
required do under and deliver of the said Letter
of Administration apporation of such will or
Testament being first had into the said office
then this obligation to be void or else remain in
full forever in law.
