Johnson authorized to set apart so much of estate sufficient for support of Sarah Read and family for twelve months. Jan. 1860. N. N. Howard applies for guardianship of Sarah Ann, Mary A. F. and, Joseph A. Langford orps. Lucius B Langford dec'd. June term 1860. William P. (or T.) Harris guar. for John H. Snellings, orp. Henry Snellings, shows that residence of both William P. Harris and John H. Snellings has been changed from county of Talbot to Chattahoochee. Exemplification from Talbot Co. shows Gray Harris secur. William P. Harris became guar. Of Johh H. Snellings Jan. 24, 1859 in Talbot Co, Marion Bethune, Ordinary Aug. 16, 1860. James L. Logan app. for letters Adms. Est. Nathaniel Cobb who died July 1860, granted Oct. term; Joshua G. Cobb son and Jas. L. Logan gave bond, Daniel McKinon secur. Aug. 27, 1860. Catherine Potts app. for ls. dms. on Est. Shadrick Potts, who died Aug. 1860. Aug. 29, 1860. Mary A. Cobb, widow and Oliver Cobb son of William Cobb dec'd apply for ls. administration—Letters granted Oct. 1, 1860. John G. Berry, Whit Horn, Isaac H. Webb, W. W. Barbaree and J. E. Thompson authorized to set apart, etc. Oct. 1860. James S. Allums, Whit Horn, Risdon Ryan, D. J. Shipp and Thomas Trotman authorized to set apart so much of Est. of Nathaniel Cobb sufficient for ample support of his widow, Mary Cobb and maintenance of her minor children for a term of 12 months. November 1860. Petition of Seaborn J. Austin and George W. Thompson shows that Augustus B. Austin d. Nov. 2, 1860 and they ask for tern, letters of adm.—granted—Wilson Gordy, George W. Helms, Henry King, W. B. Willis and Wright McCook apprs. A. B. Austin left no widow, but five minor children, (bond $50,000.00) William W. Shipp secur. Cusseta, Dec. 25, 1860. It is agreed by and between John Bonnell Adm. of Est. of A. B. Austin dec'd and the undersigned heirs at law that a distribution of sd. negroes of sd. Est. shall be had agreeably to law on pt Monday 1 Feb. next and that sd. negroes be hired out until that time by Adms.and that all notice of application for sd. order be named by all paries. (Signed) John Bonnell, John C. Austin, and C. A. Austin. It is ordered that Jas. B. Huff, Wright McCook, Mark A. George, A. J. Austin and Willis C. Holtfree holders of sd. Co. do proceed on 1st Monday to make a distribution of negroes of Est. Augustus B. Austin. Five minor children of A. B. Austin entitled to year's support, viz. Helen A., Sarah L., W. J.
