    Adelaide M. Wynn, minor orp. of Thomas H. Wynn dec'd.; and over 14 years of
age petitions that John A. Wynn of Muscogee Co. be app. her guar, during her
minority. That she is entitled to receive of Est. of said; Thos. H. Wynn as her
distribution share $3,500.00.

    To David Wynn and John A. Wynn Exrs. last will Thomas H. Wynn dec'd. We the
undersigned distributers of sd, Est. respectively petition you to apply to C. of
Ord. of sd. Co. to have coms, app. to distribute negroes belonging to sd. Est.
acc. to law and we hereby waive the usual 20 days consent, that sd.
distribution; take place immediately, etc.
