   Tem. ls, Admr. on Est. of James H. Moore issued to Mary E; Moore widow of sd.
Jas. H. Moore.

Apr. 23, 1862.
    W. W. Shipp Trustee of Francis J. Frazier having filed returns for 1862 the
length of time prescribed by las, sd. returns etc. be rec'd.

Dec.  1,  1862
    James Castleberry Ordy. Petition of Matthew Revell shows Sanders Revell of
sd. Co. dec'd died Sept. 1862 intes. and applies for ls. of Adm.

Dec. 25, 1862.
    S. J. Austin shows that J. G. Helton resident of sd. Co. died in 1869; that
at time of his death considerable sums due him from the Confederate government
and to obtan which and to legally dispose of same a legal Admr. is neccessary.
