Fielder, of the State of Georgia and County of Chattahoochee of the other part. Witnesseth, that the said Joseph Carswell, for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and doth by the presents grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said W.P. Fielder, his heirs and assigns one lot of land known by number 166 One hundred and sixty six, lying and being in the tenth district of originally Muscogee now Chattahoochee County, Georgia containing 202 ½ two hundred two and a half acres. To have and to hold, the said bargained premises unto him the said W.P. Fielder, his heirs and assigns, together with all and singular the rights, members and appertances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to him and his own proper use, benefit and behoof, in fee simple: And the said Joseph Carswell for his heirs, executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said W.P. Fielder, his heirs and assigns, will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against myself and against the claims of all others, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns and against the claims of all other persons whatsoever - In testimony whereof the said Joseph Carswell hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written.
