Am. Mtge. Co. of Scotland	Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland
To				City of Edinburgh, Scotland
Susannah V. Fielder
This Indenture made this fourth day of November in the year
of our Lord 1892, between the American Mortgage Company of
Scotland, Limited, party of the first part, and Susannah V.
Fielder Administratrix of estate of William P. Fielder of
the State of Georgia and County of Chattahoochee of the
second part, Witnesseth: That whereas said second party
William P. Fielder heretofore to-wit: on the 28th day of
December in the year 1882, made and delivered to James. K.O.
Sherwood of the State of New York and County of Queens for
the purpose of securing a loan of Nine Hundred Dollars, a
Deed, in and to the following described land, situate, lying
and being in the State of Georgia, and County of
Chattahoochee to-wit: To Lot of land number One Hundred and
Forty (140), and lot of land number One Hundred and Sixty-
six (166), each lot containing Two and two and one half (202
½)  acres, and being in the 10th District. Said James K.O.
Sherwood, thereupon, executing and delivering to said second
party Wm. P. Fielder, a bond, wherein and whereby he
obligated himself, or assigns to reconvey said land to said
second party, his heirs and assigns, upon the payment of the
note, given as evidence of said loan, as provided in
sections 1969, 1970 and 1971 of the Code of the State of
Georgia.  And whereas said Sherwood transferred said note
and conveyed said land to said party of the first part in
the year 1882.  And whereas said party of the first part has
sued said note to judgment in the Superior Court of the
County of Chattahoochee and State of Georgia, and Fieri
Facias has been issued thereon.  Wherefore, said first party
for the purpose of enforcing said lien upon said land, and
as provided in said section 1970, of the Code of said State
of Georgia, hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys to
said second party the said described lands, together with
all the rights, members and appartenances thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining.  To have and to hold said
described lands, unto said second party, his heirs and
assigns, forever in fee simple.  And the said first party
will by virtue hereof forever warrant and defend the title
and assigns against the claim of itself and all persons
claiming under it.  In witness whereof, said first party has
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above
written, by two of its Directors and its Secretary.
