Chattahoochee County
This indenture made the 27th day of October 1906 between
L.P. Fielder of the county aforesaid and J.G. Morgan of the
County of Marion, State of Georgia.  Witnesseth that the
said L.P. Fielder for and in consideration of the sum of Six
hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby grant, bargain,
sell, convey unto the said J.G. Morgan, his heirs and
assigns forever all that tract or lot of land number (140)
One Hundred and Forty in the 10th district of Chattahoochee
County containing (202 ½) Two hundred Two and one half acres
more or less to have and to hold the same together with all
the rights and privileges thereunto belonging in fee simple
to the said J.G. Morgan, his heirs and assigns against all
persons lawfully claiming the whole or any part thereof the
said L.P. Fielder will forever warrant and defend.

In witness whereof the said L.P. Fielder has hereunto set
his hand and seal the day and year above written.
