McCrary of the County & State aforesaid of the one part & George W. Jones, of the county of Muscogee & State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Jonathan B. McCrary for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained sold and conveyed & doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said George W. Jones, his heirs & assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in originally Muscogee now Chattahoochee County in the tenth (10th) District of said County, containing two hundred two & a half acres more or less being lot number one hundred & forty (140). To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said George W. Jones, his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use. And the said Jonathan B. McCrary for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said George W. Jones, his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves & against the claim of all other persons whatever. In witness whereof the said Jonathan B.
