Blythe of the County of Marion State of Georgia of the other part. Witnesseth that the said JM Myrick and Leila Myrick for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred & Twenty Five Dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, aline, convey and confirm with said W.R. Blythe, his heirs and assigns, all the following real estate to wit: One half of lot of land No. 111 in the 10th District of Chattahoochee County, all of the North half of said lot of land divided east and west said has to contain one hundred one and one quarter acres more or less. To have and to hold the said described real estate with all and singular the rights members and appartenances thereunto belonging appertaining to its proper use benefit and behoof of him, the said W.R. Blythe, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in fee simple, and the said J.M. Myrick and Leila Myrick the said bargain unto the said W.R. Blythe, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns against the said J.M. Myrick and Leila Myrick, their heirs, executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents. J.M.
