    Rev. Ben Bussey, son of Hezekiah and Amy Bussey (of Wilkes Co., Ga.) b. Nov.
15, 1774, m. 1st Polly Burgamy in 1795; m. 2nd Mrs. Rebecca Smith in 1829; m.
3rd Mrs. Lucy Wooldridge in 1834. Nathan J. Bussey, son of Benjamin and Polly B.
Bussey b. Nov. 19, 1819. M. Abigail Smith of Talbotton, Ga., July 2, 1844; ch.:
(1) Benjamin West Bussey b. May 9. 1846 (at Talbotton, Ga.). The family moved
now to Jamestown, Chattahoochee Co., Ga. (where Dr. N. J. Bussey had land
inherited from his father, who d. there in 1838); (2) Mariana b. 1848 (dec'd);
(3) Nathan J. b. 1850 (dec'd); (4) Henry C. b. 1852, (dec'd); (5) William W. b.
1854; lives at Birmingham, Ala.; (6) Kate b. 1856 (dec'd); (7) Sallie E. b. 1858
(Mrs. J. T. Orr of Charlotte, N. C.,) Walter S. b. 1866; Harriet, (Mrs. Thos.
Dixon of New York). Mrs. Dixon's dau. says her mother was 13th child).

    B. W. Bussey (I) m. 1st Anna Hill in 1868, who d. in 1875. 3 ch. Jordan,
Annabel, and Hill; only Annabel lived to maturity; she m. John R. Juden of New
Orleans; d. Jan. 1, 1905.

    Rev. B. W. Bussey (I) m. 2nd, Margaret Landrum in Memphis, Tenn., Jan. 18,
1877; 3 ch. viz: (1) Warren Landrum, b. Nov. 5, 1889; m. Elsie Gordy Oct. 21,
1916, 2ch. Warren and Alice; (2) Margaret Landrum b. Nov. 23, 1891; (3) Harriet
Abigail b. Oct. 21, 1895; m. Ernest Davis Black, 2 ch.: Margaret b. 1919 and
Harriet Black b. 1921.
