Apr. 27, 1807, in Hancock Co., Ga., and his wife Mary Redding (one record Redd?), who d. February 12, 1807, in Hancock Co., Ga. Thos. Harrison Wynn m. 1st Mahaley Clay; 2nd Temperance C. Huff. Issue 1st marriage, (1) Jane b. 1823, d. 1844. m. George A. Clower; one son Thomas Harrison Clower b. Nov. 6, 1842, d. at Opelika, Ala., Dec. 18, 1920; m. 1st Georgia Ann Bedell, Oct. 5, 1869, at Columbus Ga., m. 2nd (Mrs.) Alcora Wilkerson Bennett Nov. 10, 1888, Opelika, Ala.: descendants in Atlanta. Atlanta, one son, Charlton Jr., live in New York; (2) William Fielding mi Ruben Reynolds, Rome, Ga., two sons, Reynolds and Fielding Ogburn; live in Chicago; (7) Adelaide Macon b. Jan. 24, 1846, d. Jan. 11, 1922 (buried at Macon, Ga:) in. Richard Hines; issue: Thomas Wynn in. -Susan -Brad}-, Mary Florence (Mrs. Geo. M. Binson), Bessie Irene (Mrs. Thos. B. Ellis), Lucy Augusta (Mrs. Luther W. Greene), and Ethel Louise Hines. Thomas Harrison Wynn spent much of his life in Harris, Muscogee and Chattahoochee Counties. He is buried at Cusseta, grave unmarked. Census record of 1860 by Fielding Rucker gives names of members of this family living at or near Cusseta as follows: Thomas and Temperance Wynn, Augustus, Irene and Adelaide Wynn; Fielding and Mary Wynn Rucker. Thomas and Augustus Wynn (father and son) were slave owners and planters at this time. Arthur Redding of Monroe Co., Ga., Elizabeth m. Baalam Wallace in Va., ch. Ambrus, Lorenzo, Jesse (d. young), Louisa m. George Carpenter, Cargill, Didimus m. Fleming Bussey and Dr. William Wallace (youngest); several of this Wallace family lived in Chattahoochee Co.; youngest dau. of Thomas and Mary R. Wynn (name unknown) m. __________ Jackson. Ch, of Thomas Wynn and 1st wife, Mary Sturdevant. Littleton, Thomas Harrison (whose life was spent principally in this section of the state and names of descendants given to date), Wiley, John W. m. Elizabeth Barton, Mary Ann m ____ Sledge, Martha (Patsy) b. 1806 in N. C., m ______ Thomas, Robert m _______ Harpe, Emily m. Julius Saunders, Elizabeth m. _____ McLain of Eufaula, Ala., Nancy m. Nelson Clements; Frances m _____ Mulford and Sarah. Thomas Wynn and 2nd wife Nancy Holland had two sons, William b. 1825 and Gabriel b. 1827.
