A Fatal Accident

We learn from Major Miller, who is just returned from Chattahoochee County, of 
the fatal accident happened to Mr. Jasper Cobb, of Stewart County, while 
grinding cane.  While the mill was in motion Mr. Cobb by some means got his 
head in one of the corner posts of the mill and lever, which resulted in 
breaking his neck.  Mr. Cobb was for many years a resident of Chattahoochee 
County and was a good citizen.
