Fussell. Judge Fussell was a useful man in life, holding several positions of honor. He served many years as Justice of the Peace in Cusseta district, two terms in the Georgia Legislature and entered upon the duties of Ordinary in January. His efficiency in this office added more friends to his already large list. At the time of his death he was (word cut off page) fishing and fell head foremost in the creek. Sheriff Barbaree raised him from the water but life was extinct.
