I, Henry King, of the county of Chattahoochee and State of Georgia being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and being ______ of setting my worldly affairs, do make and publish this, my last will and testament. And first commit my soul to God, who gave it, and my body I desire to be buried on my home place in said county, where my good wife is buried; ___ And my worldy estate I dispose of as follows; _ First - I give and bequeath to my daughter Lizar Wilkerson, formerly Lizar King, the sum of fifty dollars, a year so long as she lives and I charge and direct that my executors see that this is paid annually. Second - I give and bequeath to the children of my daughter Sarah Ann Hatton the sum of fifty dollars. Third - I give and bequeath to the children of my son Charles Powell King the sum of fifty dollars. Fourth - I give and bequeath to my son, John Rufus King the sum of fifty dollars. Fifth - After the above special legacies have been provided for, it is my will and desire that the balance of my property, both real and personal be sold by my executor and the proceeds of said sale be given to and divided between, share and share alike, my following named children to wit, Zilpha Ann Albritton, formerly Zilpha Ann King, Joseph G. King, William N. King, Henry James King, Mary A. F. B. Z. Covington, formerly Mary A. F. B. King and Garry Wood King. Sixth - I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Garry Wood King Executor of this, my last will and testament and I do ___ upon him to see that my wishes are carried out. In witness whereof, I the said Henry King to this my will have set my hand and seal in the presence of the three subscribing witness, this 19th day of February 1878.
