Item - 2nd I, desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay, by my executor hereinafter named and appointed. Item - 3rd I, give, devise and bequeath to my seven children: G. D. King, Joe W. King, Mrs. Mabel Howard, Mrs. Eva Stephens, Mrs. Lucile McCook, G. W. King, and B. J. King, share and share alike, all of the property which I shall own at the time of my death, of whatsoever kind, and wheresoever the same may be located or situated. Cody, I make no gift or bequest, because their parents already received from the estate of my deceased husband, in money advanced to the said parents of said children, and never paid back to my said husband, nor to the administrator of the estate of my husband, more than the distributive share in said children would be the portion of their mother in my estate, if I should give them what would represent her portion, sharing equally with my other children. I love my said grandchildren none the less and leave them my undying love. Item - 6th If any of my children now living should die before I do, leaving children, I give to their said children, the share that their parents would have taken hereunder, if said parents had been in life at my death. If any such child die leaving no child, nor representative of such, those surviving take such equally. Item - 6th I, hereby constitute and appoint G. W. King and Mrs. Lucile McCook executors of this my last will and testament, but I direct that such executor give the usual bond as required of administrators, and make and file an inventory of my estate, but I excuse said executors from having made an appraisement of my estate.
