Will of Isaac F. King


State of Georgia, Chattahoochee County.


I, I. F. King, being of sound mind and memory and
being reminded of the uncertainty of life and the
certainty of death do hereby make public and declare
the following as my last will and testament.


Item 1 - It is my will and I direct my Executrix to
have my body decease interred.


Item 2 - It is my my and I direct that all my just
debts be paid as soon as convenient.


Item 3 - It is my will and I so direct that my
Executrix give to my daughter Jane A. Hollis the sum
of ten dollars to be raised out of any of my effects.


Item 4 - It is my will and I so direct that my wife
L. F. King, shall keep all of my property of whatever
kind that I may be ____ of at my death, and she shall
have the right to sell or dispose of the same in any
way that she may think proper during her lifetime or
widowhood.  Should she contemplate marriage I direct
her at or before marriage to enter into a marriage
contract with her intended husband setting (selling
?) all the property she may be ___ of upon my
children at her death (to wit) C. A. King, J. J.
King, I. H. King, A. F. King and C. H. King and such
others as may be born before or in a reasonable time
after my death.


Item 5 - It is my will and I so direct at her death
that all my property be sold and equally divided
between my children as described in Item 4, except A.
F. King whom I desire to have the sum of one hundred
dollars more than any of the rest.


Item 6 - I nominate and appoint my wife L. F. King my
executrix to carry into effect this my will.


In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this (17th) sevententh day of July A. D. 1867.
