Stephenson, Jr. November 22, 1999 Johnston (Johnson) Cemetery is located on a hill in the valley just west of "Chattoogaville in Chattooga Co., GA. The county land office records the name" as Johnston but the name of the road to the cemetery is Johnson. The cemetery is about two acres in size and only about half of the property is in use. The "site is one of the loveliest spots around. The cemetery is well maintained," "the grass was cut, the shrubs were trimmed, there was no litter in the area, and" there were no damaged or broken monuments.
