Land deeds involving the Foster family and possibly the Foster House. 

Reviewing my records and notes I have run across a couple of interesting 
facts.

In 1877, K R Foster purchased the water power on Land Lot 110 -behind 
Land Lot 109. He purchased this from his father (Robt S Foster and 
siblings.) The race and dams are to remain as they are without the 
priviledge of building new. It also mentions a Mill & Gin. This was found 
on p. 218. of Deed Bk H

According to my map, that area might be on Mostseller's Creek?

Also, in 1875 Robert S Foster(grandfather of Alfred Foster) borrowed $734 
for the purpose of erecting a mill and gin.

Possible that this is why Foster's St gained it's name???????
