SALLY McLEOD FOSTER Mrs. Sally McLeod Foster died Thursday, Aug. 1, 1935, at the home of her daughter, Miss Ethel Foster, in Atlanta. Mrs. Foster was reared in Chattooga County, the sister of Mrs. A. J. Lee, of Lyerly; R. O. McLeod, of Summerville and John McLeod, of Atlanta. She has many friends over the county who were grieved to hear of her death, but she lived past her three-score years and ten. The funeral services were conducted in Atlanta Friday morning but burial was in Lyerly cemetery, the old home town of the deceased. The services at the grave were at 12 o'clock Friday. Surviving Mrs. Foster are her two daughters, Miss Ethel Foster and Mrs. Carrie Starling, and several sons, besides a host of friends here and in Atlanta, where she spent her last years.
