Tennie Beatrice Mullens,69, of Fort Oglethorpe, died Thursday,Jan 23, 1997, in 

a hospital there. She was a former employee of Yates Bleachery and a member of 

First Assembly of God in LaFayette Ga. She was the sister of the late L.D. 

Mullens and Learlene Pettyjohn. Survivors include her sister; Hazel Shell, 

Rossville; brother James T. Mullens, Raising Fawn, GA. several nieces and 

nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral Home Chapel with 

the the Rev Jim Sailors officating. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today at 

the W.L. Wilson and Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe,GA.

Additional Comments:
As one of her Neices I can say she was one of the best Cooks ever to be born in 

North GA.
