Trion, Ga., April 26. 1920.

Mrs. E.B. Slaten died at Harbin hospital,
Rome, Ga., this morning of a complication
of diseases. She was before her marriage
Miss Edna Shirley, of Evansville, Ind., but had resided at Trion for the
past few years. She is survived by her husband
and two children, two sisters, Mrs. W.S.
McKinney, of Atlanta, Mrs. Covert, of
Indiana, and one brother who is in Kansas.
The funeral will be held Tuesday
afternoon in Rome, Ga.
