Mr. Strange was 76 years-old, was a Confederate soldier and had lived in this county all of his life. He leaves five children, Sam Strange, Berryton, Ga.; John Strange, Trion, Ga.; Mrs. Ed Floyd, Summerville, Ga.; Mrs. Mary Carwile, Dallas, Texas, and Mrs. Nannie Nix, somewhere in Alabama. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev.R.E. Parker at 2 p.m. today. Interment followed at the Summerville cemetery.
