To any Judge, Justice of the Peace or minister of the gospel 
you are hereby authorized to join Oscar 
Stevenson & Miss Laura H. White in the holy state of 
matrimony according to the institution & laws of this 
state & for so doing this shal be your license. You are 
hereby served to return this license to me with our 
certificate herein of the fact & date of the marriage.  
Given under my hand & seal this the 22nd day of
