Harper Johnson clhjohnson@aol.com ==================================================================== I, Sarah Elizabeth King, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament, revoking all former wills. 1st, I wish my executors as soon as possible after my death to pay all my just debts should there be any. 2nd, I desire that my estate shall remain undivided until after the death of my husband, William Alexander King, and the same from my estate shall be distributed as follows: one third of the same shall go to my husband, William Alexander King, one third to my son John William King, and one third to Grace Gertrude King, my daughter. 3rd, After the death of my husband, William Alexander King, my estate shall be divided as follows: Two hundred dollars shall be paid to my son Robert Herbert King, two hundred dollars to my son in law, Walter Davis for money they have furnished in helping educate the children. The above four hundred dollars is to be taken from my whole estate and paid first. After this is paid, I do hereby will and bequeath to my son John William King one third of my estate, and to my daughter Grace Gertrude King one third of my estate. The remaining third I do hereby will and bequeath to my sons, James Edgar King, Paul Jones King and Robert Herbert King, my daughters Annie Lee Davis and Elizabeth Dickson Sherrill, all these sharing equally. 4th, I desire that my personal property be divided equally among all my heirs. 5th, I hereby appoint James Edgar King, Robert Herbert King, and John William King, my sons, as executors to my will. I empower them to dispose of my estate by selling some either at private or public sale, as may seem best to all parties interested, and I relieve them from giving any bond and require them by this will, to probate the will in common form, also they are relieved from making any returns of their acts and doings to any Court whatever.
