Stephenson, of said state and county, being now of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make this my last will and testament, revoking all former wills made by me, and providing as follows: Item First I have heretofore made full and sufficient provision for all of my children, except my son, W. R. Stephenson, who is now dead, and in whose home I have lived and been cared for during many years. It is my will, that if the widow of my said son, W. R. Stephenson, and his children, shall during the remainder of my life, care for me, in the same manner as my said son, W. R. Stephenson cared for me, and if they shall at my death, provide me a Christian burial and erect a tombstone at my grave, and pay all the demands that may be justly chargeable to me, that all my estate, of whatever kind, goods, chattels, realty, money, notes, accounts and choses in action shall pass, share and share alike to Mrs. Lula Stephenson, the widow of my said son, W. R. Stephenson, and to Eli Stephenson, Mrs. Bonnie Ellenburg, Mrs. Vera Gross, Roy Stephenson, and W. R. Stephenson, Jr., children of my said son, W. R. Stephenson, now deceased, and should the said Mrs. Lula Stephenson, die, before this will takes effect, then it is my will that the share that she would otherwise take under this will shall go share and share alike to the other beneficiaries named in this item. And should any of said children die before this will takes effect, it is my will that the share which said child would have taken otherwise, shall go to the bodily heirs of said child, or in their default to the wife of such child, if such child be a male, and in default of wife or children surviving any of the above named beneficiaries who may die before my will takes effect, the share of such deceased beneficiary shall be divided, as part of my estate, and according to the spirit of this item. Item: I name nominate and appoint all of my above named beneficiaries to be the executors of this my will; and I excuse them from making bond and returns to the court for their actings and doings under this will, and provide that they may sell at public or private sale, without leave of the Court of Ordinary.
