Vaughn These are to authorize you, or any three of you whose names are hereabove written to attend and appraise the goods and chattels, lands, tenements, rights of credits, of J. G. Stephenson deceased, wheresoever any of the goods, chattels, lands, tenements, rights, of credits of said deceased are within the county of Chattooga, and which shall be shown unto you by C. M. Stephenson, the administrator of the estate of said J. G. Stephenson of come to your knowledge or sight, you having first taken an oath before some legally authorized person to make a true and perfect appraisement and inventory thereof, and to cause the made to be returned unto your hands, of any three or more of you, to the said Court within two months from the date hereof. G. Stephenson, deceased, so far as the same was produced before us by the Administrator, of said deceased, to the best of your judgment and understanding. Stephenson, deceased, who, being duly sworn, deposeth and saith that the within and foregoing inventory is just, true, and correct, and contains a true account of all goods and chattels, rights, and credits, and real estate of said deceased that have come to his hands, possession, or knowledge.
