     Know all men by these presents that we Thomas BORING and David
     CROFT securities are held and firmly bound unto the Ordinary of
     said County and his successors in Office in the just and full sum
     of eight hundred dollars for the payment of which sum to the siad
     Ordinary and his successors in Office we bind ourselves, our heirs,
     executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by
     these presents; sealed with our seals, and dated this nineth day of
     April eighteen hundred and fifty five.
     
     The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said
     Thomas BORING has been this day appointed Guardian to Eliza A.
     BORING now if the said Thomas Boring do well and truely demean
     himself as Guardain as aforesaid agreeabley to letters of
     Guradianship bearing even date herewith and agreeably to Law in
     such case made and provided, the above obligation to be void;
     otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
