     Cherokee Co.
     
     Know all men by these presents that we Thomas BORING and Isaac
     BORING & Sarah BORING Securities are held and firmly bound unto the
     Ordinary of said county and his successors in office in the just
     and full sum of one thousand Dollars for the payment of which sum
     to the said Ordinary ahd his successors in office we bind ourselves
     our heirs executors and adminstrators jointly and severally firmly
     by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this the 6th day
     of September eighteen hundred and fifty two.
     
     The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said
     Thomas BORING has this day been appointed Guardian to John J.
     BORING. now if said Thomas BORING do well and truly demean himself
     as Guardian as aforesaid agreeably to Letters of Guardianship
     having even date herewith agreeable to Law in such case made and
     provided the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in
     full force & virtue.
