     State of Georgia
     Cherokee County
     
     Know all men by these presents that we Thomas BORING principle and
     Isaac BORING secrutiy are held and firmly bound unto the Justices
     of the Inferior Court sitting as a court of ordinary for said
     County and this successors in office in the sum of three hundred
     Dollars for the true payment of which sum to the Justices of the
     Inferior Court sitting as a court of ordinary and this successors
     in office we bind ourselves andhis executor and adminstrators
     jointly and severally firmly by these presents, sealed with our
     seals and dated this fourteeth day of March 1849.
     
     The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said
     Thomas BORING has bin this day appointed Guardian of Mary GRIFFIN
     and Sarah GRIFFIN orphans of Robert T. GRIFFIN deceased now if the
     said Thomas BORING do well and Truley deman himself as Guardian as
     aforesaid agreeable to Letters of Guardianship bearing even date
     herewith and agreeably to Law in such case made aneu provided, then
     the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force
     and virtue.
