The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said Mary FOWLER has bin this day apointed Guardian to James FOWLER, Sarah A. FOWLER, Elizabeth FOWLER,(may be A or N..acile) ? FOWLER and John W. FOWLER orphans of Denis FOWLER. now if this said Mary FOWLER do well and truly demean herself as guardian as aforesaid agreeable to letters of guardianship having even date herewith and agreeable to Law in such case made and provided, the above bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
