     Cherokee County
     
     Know all men by these presnets that we Mary Fowler and James JORDAN
     security are held and firmly bound to the Justices of the Inferior
     court sitting as a court of Ordinary for said county and this
     successors in office in the just and full sum of one hundred
     dollars for the payment of which sum to the Justice of the
     Infereior court sitting as a court of ordinary as aforesaid and
     this successors in office we bind ourselves our heirs, executors
     and administrators, jointly severally and firmly by these presents,
     sealed with our seals and dated this 5th November 1849.
     
     The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said
     Mary FOWLER has bin this day apointed Guardian to James FOWLER,
     Sarah A. FOWLER, Elizabeth FOWLER,(may be A or N..acile) ? FOWLER
     and John W. FOWLER orphans of Denis FOWLER. now if this said Mary
     FOWLER do well and truly demean herself as guardian as aforesaid
     agreeable to letters of guardianship having even date herewith and
     agreeable to Law in such case made and provided, the above bond to
     be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
