Written: August 16 1834
Recorded: August 14 1835

Deed dated Cherokee County 16-Aug-1834, recorded 14-Aug-1835 from Hugh A 
Masters of Newton County to William Chamlee of Cherokee County.  In 
consideration of the sum of $50 conveys all that tract of land known as Land 
Lot 140, 2nd District, 2nd Section.  Tract consists of 40 acres more or less.  
Signed:  Hugh A Masters.  Witness:  Jesse Wallis and J. H. Bell.  Sworn by 
Jesse Wallis before John McConnell, J.I.C.
