State of Georgia, Cherokee County
Emanuel Hill to Cenia Hill     	
Lot No. 49, 22nd Dist.; 2nd Section

This Indenture made this the Seventeenth day of November in the year of our Lord
Eighteen hundred 
and Eighty five between Manuel Hill of said County and State aforesaid of the first
part, and Cenia Hill, 
wife of the said Manuel Hill of the same place of the second and last past. 
Witnesseth that the said 
Manuel Hill, for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which he has
and bears to his said 
wife Cenia Hill, hath given, granted and conveyed and does by these presents give
grant and convey 
unto the said Cenia Hill, her heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land
situate lying and being in 
the Twenty Second district and Second Section of Cherokee County, Georgia, described
as follows to 
wit:  forty acres off of the North West fourth of Lot of Land number forty nine
lying and being in said 
district, Section, County and State aforesaid.  To have and to hold said tract or
parcel of land unto her 
the said Cenia Hill, her heirs and assigns together with all and singular the
rights, members, and 
appurtenances to the same in any manner belonging, to have and ____ own ______ use
benefit and 
behoof (sic) forever in fee simple.

In testimony whereof, the said Manuel Hill hast hereunto set his had and affixed his
seal the day and 
year above written.
