Georgia		     1844, June 14th-- 14 days work on Grist Mill, 35 days work on
Grist Mill.
Cherokee County    October laying floor in the 2nd & 3rd floor on the Grist Mill
house.  Also
		     Laying _____ frame & putting in glass in 23 windows and facing said
windows & running the flight of stairs and finishing off a flight of stairs and
putting 2 ½ squares of ceiling making two shutters for door and hanging said
door.  December 1844 6 days work running elevator making chests and other misc.
work including work on boxes in Saw Mill
	$170.75

1845, March 24th--- I WILLIAM McConnell a carpenter claim an encumbrance on the
Grist Mill and Saw Mill and the premises on which they are erected by HENRY H.
WATERS, JR. lying in the 14th District / 2nd Section of Cherokee County as lot
of land # 17 for work and labor done as a Carpenter for the sum of $170.75
dollars, as per the provisions of the Act of the Legislature, 2nd day of
December 1834
