The Cherokee Advance 7 Aug 1884 P 3 August 7, 1884
Mr. Wm. Dickerson was brought to town last Monday and adjudged insane.  He 
will be carried to Millidgeville (sic) in a few days.  Several months ago he 
became violent and was brought to town and lodged in jail until he got better 
and was released.  He is about 35 years old and has a wife and 3 children 
living at his house in Licksillett District.
