The road was very rough and in crossing a gulley across the road opposite the brick yard of A. W. Archer they were both thrown out and sustained very severe and perhaps fatal injuries, both being near 80 years old. They were carried to Dr. Turks (sic) residence where they received the immediate attention of Dr. Turk and Coleman. They are still at Dr. Turks (sic) and under the care and skill of Drs. Turk and Coleman are getting along as well as could be expected. They are both old, respected citizens of this county and have relatives and friends who deeply sympathise (sic) with them and hope for their epeedy (sic) recovery.
