The Cherokee Advance 4 Dec 1884 P 3 December 4, 1884
Mrs. Bramlett and seven others were poisoned last week near Holly Springs.  None
died and all are better at present.  There is strong suspition (sic) on a
certain person, and he has disappeared.  They were poisoned by strychnine being
put in their coffee.
