Less than one year ago the subject of this, Mrs. G. A. Burtz, stood at the 
bridal altar.  She was then in perfect health, and the center of many hopes of 
long life and much happiness.  A few months ago a fatal disease developed 
itself, and on the seventy-eighth day of its burning fever it ended its work 
in her death on the 18th inst.  The young widowed husband has our best 
sympathies.
