The Cherokee Advance 6 May 1882 p 3
Death-Mrs. Ann E. Davis, daughter of Judge Joseph Donaldson, died yesterday
morning at 1 o'clock after long sickness.  Mrs. Davis' native intellect and fine
cultivation was far above an average, and her amiability remarkable, hence her
place can't be easily filled.  A more extensive notice next week.
