The Cherokee Advance 7 Jan 1882 p 1 
Mr. Green King was found dead in the woods near his home at Cherokee Mills on
the 29th ult. 
Having been an imbecile for many years, had wandered off and was found frozen to
death. 
Coroner Kirk summoned a Jury as follows: L. Field, forman (sic), John Robert, W.
Steele, R. L. Kinnert, J. Worley, S. W.Williams and W. T. Kirk, Cor.  Their
Virdict (sic) was in accordance with the above.
