The Marietta Journal  June 18, 1891
DIED - Dr Harrison LATIMER died at Trickum, Cherokee county, Ga., on last
Saturday in the 67th year of his age.  He was a member of the Methodist Church
and well known for his high christian character.  He leaves a wife and several
grown children.  He was buried at Little River cemetery.  Rev Mr COLLY and Rev
Mr McCLURE officiated at his funeral, a large concourse of citizens being
present.  Dr LATIMER was the father of the wife of Rev W D ANDERSON, pastor of
the first Methodist Church, Atlanta.
