Tribute of Respect
Preamble.  Whereas In His infinite wisdom and goodness, an ever merciful
Providence did on the 9th day of August, 1881, call from labor, to his final
rest in the Grand Lodge above our beloved worthy brother, A. M. Robinett, now be
(sic)

Resolved 1st.  That we humbly and reverently bow in submission to this
dispensation of the wisdom and mercy of our Heavenly Father.

2nd. That in the sudden and unexpected death of brother A. M. Robinett, this
Lodge has lost an esteemed, consistent and faithful member, his family an
affectionate and devoted husband and father.  Morality and religion, a true
exponent and conscientious exemplar, and this community a valuable and honorable
citizen.

3rd.  That we tender his bereaved family and relatives deep sympathy and
condolence, and expres (sic) to them the sincere hope that they and we may so
live in Light, Charity and Love as to meet our departed brother in the eternal
and blissful Grand Lodge above.

4th.  That the Secretary transmit a copy of these resolutions to the family of
our deceased brother.  That we wear the usual badge of mourning for thirty days,
and that the Secretary furnish a copy of these resolutions for publication to
the Cherokee Advance.
