Died--On the morning of February the 1st, Mr. J. W. Stone died of typhoid fever,
after having kept his bed nineteen days.  During his entire sickness he
admonished his friends and relatives to live right and get ready for death. He
seemed to be conscious of death and that something told him to talk.  He
manifested no fear for the future and quietly passed away, as if just going to
sleep.
