Mr. William Timmons died at his home in Harbin's district last Thursday, after 
a short but painful illness of two days.  He was one of Cherokee's most 
respected citizens, and a careful, painstaking and scientific farmer.  he 
leaves several children, all of whom are about grown and highly respected 
citizens of the county.
