He was horribly cut up and almost unrecognizable when found. Mr. Turner and his family spent the Christmas holidays in this county, and on Monday evening he had returned to Atlanta to resume work at Hunnicutt & Bellingrath's. He was about 35 years old, son of B. H. Turner, of this place, and nephew of Senator and Judge Brown. He married Miss Mattie Langston and by her had six children-five of whom are now living with their mother. His remains were brought to this place and interred in the town cemetery yesterday morning. We deeply sympathize with the bereaved in the sudden and unexpected death of Mr. Turner. He had many noble traits of character.
