Tributes of Respect 
Died, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wm. Pope, near Canton, May 19th, 1887, 
Mrs. E. A. Wilson, in her 54th year. She had been confined to her bed nearly 
three months but bore her sufferings with great patience. She was a member of 
the Primitive Baptist church for about twenty-seven years, and tried to 
discharge her christian duties as best she could, having great faith in her 
Saviour. A short time before she died she sang two verses of the precious hymn 
beginning
          "Oh when shall I see Jesus, 
           And reign with him above,"
We extend our sympathies to her four bereaved children, who laid her remains to 
rest in the home of the dead near Mount Carmel church.       A Friend.
