State of Georgia
By his excellency George W. Crawford, Governor and Commander in Chief of the 
Army and Navy of this State and of the militia thereof;

To all to whom these presents shall come -- Greeting:

Know ye, that in pursuance of the several Acts of the General Assembly of this 
State passed 21st of December 1830, and the 22d of December 1831, to authorize 
the survey and disposition of the Lands within the limits of Georgia, in the 
occupany of the Cherokee Tribe of Indians, and all other unlocated Lands, 
within the limits of said Sate, claimed as Creek Lands and forming the county 
of Cherokee, I have given and granted and by these present do give and grant 
unto

Reuben Warren
of Hamilton's District, Gwinnett County, his heirs and assigns forever, all 
that Tract or Lot of Land containing One Hundred Sixt Acres situated , lying 
and being in the Tenth District First Section  distinguised in the plan of said 
District by the Number 118.

Surveyed on the 10th day of January 1832 by
James F. Smith, Surveyor


NOTE: This land lot and District is in Union County.
