Libel For Divorce
Fannie L. Bedelle} Libel for 
vs} Divorce in 
Edward I. Bedelle} Cherokee Superior 
Court, February term, 1886. 
It appearing to the court by the return of the sheriff is the above stated 
case, that the defendant does not reside in said state, --It is therefore 
ordered by the court that service be perfected on the defendant by the 
publication of this order for four months before the next term of court, in 
The Cherokee Advance, a newspaper published in Cherokee county, Ga.

Granted, this the February term, 1886.
