Mary J. Dyer}  Libel for Divorce in the 
vs                cherokee (sic) Superior court
John F. Dyer} Feb'y Term 1887
It appearing from proof and the Sheriff's return that the defendant does not 
reside in the State of Georgia, It is therefore ordered by the court that 
services be perfected on the defendant by the publication of this order once a 
month for four months in the Cherokee Advance, a newspaper published in cherokee 
(sic) county, Ga.
