vs} Cherokee County, Georgia

It appearing by the return of the sheriff that the defendant does not reside in 
said county--and it appearing that he does not reside in said state--it is 
therefore ordered by the court that service be perfected on the defendant by the 
publication of this order once a month for four months, before the next term of 
this court in the Cherokee Advance, a newspaper published in Canton, Georgia.
